While Ibis Ales may not have sparked my adventurous spirit like the French Alps, it pleasantly surprised me with its family-friendly atmosphere. The air conditioning was a godsend during the scorching 30-degree heat, providing a refreshing oasis after our navigation mishap through a no-entry street.Centrally located in Ales, the hotel was a convenient base for exploring the city's theaters and shops. The exceptionally caring staff went above and beyond when I sustained a hiking injury, ensuring I received prompt medical attention. This level of dedication made our family feel truly welcome and cared for.The clean and well-appointed room offered a comfortable retreat after our busy days. Breakfast, with its good variety and convenient hours, catered well to our diverse tastes.While Ibis Ales may not be a luxury mountain resort, its decent facilities and family-friendly amenities make it a reliable choice for those seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. A solid option for families exploring the charming city of Ales.
